7 WEEK SKILLS GROUP
Emotion Regulation & Distress Tolerance
Practical tools to manage big feelings and cope with crisis without making things worse

This group will focus entirely on skills for addressing intense emotions and responding skillfully when life gets hard using Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

In a supportive, structured group setting, participants will share experiences, learn from others, and receive guidance from trained facilitators. By emphasizing acceptance and change, DBT helps individuals develop a more balanced approach to life, fostering resilience and improvising overall well-being. This group format is particularly beneficial for those seeking a sense of community while working on personal growth.
