In a supportive, structured group setting, come share space with other queer and trans folks to learn and practice tools for managing emotions, improving interpersonal relationships, and navigating life’s challenges more effectively.

DBT skills are an evidence-based set of practical skills, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness that are helpful for a wide range of people.

The group provides a safer space for clients to share lived experiences, learn from each other, and receive guidance from a trained trans-identified facilitator. By emphasizing acceptance and change, DBT helps individuals develop a more balanced approach to life, fostering resilience and improving overall well-being. This group format is particularly beneficial for those to work on personal growth within community.
