Our scheduling system sends a reminder for scheduled appointments 72 hours ahead of the session. If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified your counselor at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the listed fees below. Additionally, if you are 15 minutes late for a session, you will be charged a cancellation fee and a need to reschedule.
$75 on weekdays
$85 on weekends and holiday weeks
Should you fail to schedule an appointment for three consecutive weeks (unless other arrangements have been made in advance), for legal and ethical reasons, your provider must consider the professional relationship discontinued. Additionally, if you miss three appointments over the course of your treatment, you will be discharged from therapy and provided referral options.
A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of the total expected costs of non-emergency healthcare items or services. This is information meant for clients who do not have insurance or are not using insurance. It is part of the No Surprises Act, meant to provide transparency regarding expected medical costs.
